Program

RH Tile Services LLC sends text messages to customers and people who contact us about tile work. Messages relate to your request and project: replies to your questions, estimate-visit confirmations and reminders, links to your written estimate or change orders, payment links, and schedule updates. We do not send marketing messages.

How you opt in

You opt in by texting or calling our business number, or by giving us your mobile number when you request an estimate or sign an estimate. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (978) 308-9191 or rhtileservices@gmail.com.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
